I'm Florian Mittelholzer, a qualified commercial employee (EFZ) from Zurich – and I'm going all in on real estate. I completed my commercial foundation training at Mercedes-Benz Automobil AG (Merbag) in 2026 with the Swiss Federal VET Diploma (EFZ).
From August 2026 I work in real-estate marketing at Merbag Immobilien AG while pursuing the vocational baccalaureate in business at Juventus Schulen Zürich. I also founded Immono.ch – a PropTech SaaS company that uses AI to create high-converting real-estate listings and valuations for the Swiss market. My focus is entirely on real estate: marketing, digitalisation and entrepreneurship.
