From August 2026, I am moving into real estate marketing at Merbag Immobilien AG in Zurich.
Merbag Immobilien AG is the real estate arm of the Merbag Group, managing and developing the group's commercial and private property portfolio across Switzerland – with a focus on the marketing, leasing and asset management of high-quality properties.
In my role, I am responsible for the end-to-end marketing and leasing of residential and commercial properties: from viewings to the preparation of marketing materials and communication with prospective tenants across both digital and traditional channels.
I also support tenant selection and contract preparation, and ensure accurate documentation within structured real estate processes.
